Abstract
Dental fear and anxiety are common among pediatric patients and can have a significant impact on oral health and overall well-being. This essay explores the prevalence of dental fear and anxiety among pediatric patients, the factors contributing to this fear, and strategies to help alleviate it. The methods used to study this topic include a comprehensive literature review of reputable journals and sources. The results indicate that dental fear and anxiety are prevalent among pediatric patients, with a variety of factors contributing to this fear.
